  • ALWAYS LYSOL THE WHOLE SHOWER DOWN / TREAT FOR MOLD OR MILDEW

  • Tub & Shower tiles cleaned (touch test for soap scum)

  • Shower Glass/Enclosure/Metal Frame cleaned

  • Toilet (base/sides/under bowl/rim/seat/handle/tank)

  • Sinks, Faucets & Counters (dried & streak free)

  • Spot Check Cabinets & Doors

  • Mirrors (dusted & streak free from all angles)

  • Dust Fixtures (lights/towel racks/TP holder, artwork)

  • Window sills/lock ledges/blinds Dusted
  • Fans & Baseboards Dusted
  • Trash emptied & relined
  • Rugs Shaken

Kitchen

  • Top of fridge Dusted

  • Stove Top (if glass top, finish with glass cleaner)

  • Refrigerator & Dishwasher Front (Polish if stainless)

  • Countertops (move everything, wipe behind & straighten)

  • Sinks, faucets and counters (dry and streak free)

  • Microwave Inside & Out (finish with glass cleaner)

Whole House

  • Window sills/lock ledges/blinds Dusted (if reachable & not obstructed)

  • Sliders (if more than 1 check notes, others are extra)

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/an extension duster. We will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling tan that we cannot reach by hand.

We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require a professional mini-blind cleaning service. Please allow for some dust resettiement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
