  • ALWAYS BLEACH THE WHOLE SHOWER DOWN
  • Tub (touch test for no soap scum) & Shower tiles cleaned
  • Toilet (base/sides/under bowl/rim/seat/handle/tank)
  • Sink & Faucet (dry & shine)
  • Countertops
  • Cabinet Doors
  • Cabinets inside and out
  • Mirrors (streak free from all angles)
  • Chrome/brass fixtures Countertop (no streaks)
  • Shower Glass/Enclosure/Metal Frame
  • Hand wipe light switch plates
  • Hand wipe Fixtures (towel rods/toilet paper holder/artwork)
  • Trash emptied and relined
  • Windowsills, blinds dusted
  • Hand wipe Baseboards Doors & Door Frames
  • Pick up Rugs and shake them
  • Vacuum & mop

Kitchen

  • Top of fridge
  • If in notes Clean inside of Fridge
  • Stove Top (if glass top, finish with glass cleaner)
  • Refrigerator Front
  • Dishwasher Front
  • Polish Stainless
  • Countertops (move everything, wipe behind & straighten)
  • Sink
  • Microwave Inside & Out (finish with glass cleaner)

  • Oven Door (finish with glass cleaner)

  • Hand Wipe Cabinets

  • Empty trash and Relined
  • Vacuum & mopped
  • Windowsills & blinds Hand wiped
  • Wooden Cabinets polished

Whole House

  • Straighten Rooms (blankets/pillows/towels/toys/etc)
  • Hand Wiping, pick things up when dusting (unless very fragile)|
  • Clean All Glass & Mirrors
  • Hand wipe picture frames tops and bottom ledges
  • Hand wipe windowsills and blinds
  • Cloth lampshades get lint-rolled, dust lamps
  • Hand wipe fans
  • Hand wipe BASEBOARDS
  • Hand wipe Light switch plates
  • Hand wipe Door and Door frames
  • Check for cobwebs, on walls and corners
  • Empty any tash cans and Reline
  • Vacuum (rugs/carpet/hard floor)
  • Mop (tile/hard floors)

Bedrooms

  • Straighten or Make beds (unless client says otherwise)
  • Remove trash and Reline
  • Wood furniture polishes and dusted
  • Hand wash Fans
  • Hand wash Light switch plates
  • Hand wash Doors and Door Frames
  • Hand wash Baseboards
  • Hand wash windowsills and Blinds
  • Hand wash pictures & door frames
  • Mirrors spot cleaned
  • Vacuum & mop

We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted w/an extension duster. We will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling tan that we cannot reach by hand.

We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require a professional mini-blind cleaning service. Please allow for some dust resettiement after we leave. We try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
